Corey Mabus

Corey Mabus is a Managing Member of Mabus Construction Group and is responsible for the company's strategic direction, preconstruction services, and construction execution. Working closely with developers, design professionals, and capital partners, Corey provides owner-focused leadership from project planning through completion.

Throughout his career, Corey has overseen more than $165 million in annual construction volume, directed the development and construction of more than 2,500 multifamily dwelling units, and managed projects ranging from $4 million to $66 million. His experience includes preconstruction, value engineering, budgeting, procurement, construction management, and owner representation, with a focus on delivering financially successful projects through disciplined execution.

Corey earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Appalachian State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a U.S. Army veteran and serves as the licensed General Contractor Qualifier for North Carolina and South Carolina.
