Seth Mabus
Managing Member

Seth Mabus is a Managing Member of Mabus Construction Group and provides executive leadership for the company's operations, corporate governance, and strategic growth. Drawing on decades of leadership experience, Seth focuses on building strong teams, fostering lasting client relationships, and delivering projects with integrity and accountability.
A third-generation builder, Seth has successfully led residential, commercial, and land development projects throughout North Carolina. In addition to Mabus Construction Group, he has founded and led multiple construction and real estate companies specializing in custom homes, land development, and commercial construction. Under his leadership, these companies have delivered award-winning projects while building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and disciplined execution.
Prior to his career in construction, Seth served 28 years in the United States Army, retiring as a Group Command Sergeant Major with the United States Army Special Operations Command. During his military career, he served in senior leadership positions around the world, including multiple combat deployments to Somalia, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Seth is an active leader within the North Carolina construction industry, serving as President of the Moore County Home Builders Association and on its Board of Directors since 2020. His companies have received numerous Home of the Year awards from the Association, including Builder of the Year and Best in Show.
Seth and his wife, Amber, reside on their family farm outside Vass, North Carolina, where they remain active in the agricultural and equestrian communities.
